Digital Marketing Manager / CRO (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Boost our conversion funnel optimization efforts and revenue growth across multiple brands and languages with the help of Google Analytics and other tools
• Identify user problems and needs on our landing pages and create an optimal user experience through A/B testing, user research and CRO techniques
• Take responsibility for projects, from deriving recommendations for action, formulation, and validation of test hypotheses as well as the conception and execution of A/B and MV tests
• Define new features and functionality in close collaboration with other teams In order to achieve a continuous improvement of our performance, introduce and further develop CRO processes and be responsible for the iterative landing page test strategy and roadmap

Requirements

• Working experience preferably from e-commerce, product development or conversion rate optimization
• A data-driven approach, a growth mindset, and strong analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of common analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize) and are familiar with the technical aspects of websites and tracking
• Ideally, you have worked in e-commerce and have hands-on experience in SEO and Paid
• Initiative and creativity, are strong communicators and team-players
• Very good German and English skills
