UX Researcher (part-time)

Job description

• Develop and implement projects that will improve our understanding of the audience;
• Conduct end-to-end UX Research from foundational research to advising product direction, all the way to the concept and testing;
• Be responsible for coaching and mentoring teams about quantitative research;
• Transform business challenges into solutions that improve the product through communication with users;
• Create UX strategies, and organize and execute various UX research to validate product hypotheses and updates before production;
• Create and maintain UX documentation;
• Present, communicate, and get along well with all product team.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in organizing workshops, brainstorms facilitating;
• Mentoring experience;
• Specialized education or a lot of independent research of user experience in the last year.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in Design/UX research;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Ready to develop new processes from scratch;
• Designing and facilitating workshops for our stakeholders to come up with the best possible outcomes;
• Experience creating questionnaires and programming it applying complex logic;
• Extensive experience providing deep insights through compelling visualization and storytelling through data;
• Strong capacity to build and sustain internal and external collaborations;
• Perform UX/UI audits.
