UX Designer (f/m/d)

Summary

PLEASE NOTE: this position can be occupied in Berlin, Zurich or completely remote in Germany or Switzerland.

You want to use your UX Design experience for a good cause? You want to take a relevant part in RaiseNow s mission to empower our customers - from small membership organisations to large multinational charities (we like to call them changemakers)?

As UX Designer (f/d/m) you report directly to our Head of Product Reginald. You design frictionless payment and giving experiences for our customer s supporters and enhance our self-service products. On top of that, you want to do good with your job.

Your mission

• You draft flows, wireframes and prototypes to test hypothesis and iterate on ideas together with customers and your team
• You closely work together with UI designers, developers and PMs to deliver excellent products to our customers in short release cycles
• You reflect on product-related inputs from customers as well as from your team members, identify the needs of our customers and find proper solutions that are in line with our product vision
• You re always the voice of our customers, further develop our user personas and make sure they are known and understood in the whole company
• You support in product discovery by doing customer interviews, competitor and industry research and by having close exchange with our Customer Success and Sales team
• You keep keep an eye on how our products are used and track your KPIs (e.g. task success rate, Time-on-task, User error rate, System Usability Scale (SUS))
• You extend and refine the information architecture and functionality of our growing products

Your profile

• You have a sound education in UX Design, Interaction Design or similar area with several years of proven working experience
• You have a proven track record of proper user, industry and competitive research and user testing
• You have a strong understanding of the most common tools (Sketch, Abstract, Figma, Adobe), methods, processes, and deliverables that designers use throughout the digital product design process
• You are an excellent communicator, have a good technical understanding and good coordination skills
• You are familiar and comfortable with agile development methodologies. You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
• Oral and written language skills in English

• Knowledge in German or French
• Background in visual design
• A B2B, SaaS, digital payments or charity-fundraising background
