We are searching for a responsible person for the Solvias Group sales operations, sales analytics, sales compensation, and training initiatives.
Your tasks
- Implement process for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory mapping aligned to business strategy
- Establish and handle reporting process for critical sales KPIs that drive behavior or enable growth
- Manage reporting of sales performance and administration of sales incentive plans
- Oversee management and consistent usage of CRM
- Support sales leadership by establishing and implementing sales dashboards to track pipeline health, sales effectiveness, and performance vs. targets
- Develop reports and analytics capabilities through KPIs that uncover business drivers and barriers, as well as allow for timely and actionable decision making by senior leadership
- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with business leadership
- Manage day-to-day interactions with key external business partners and consultants that are critical to commercial function
- Design and administer sales onboarding program on Solvias data, systems, and tools for new hires and support on-going training workshops at national and regional meetings
- Define and implement commercial training framework that enables a consultative selling approach and includes training for new hires, technical training, and sales skills training
- Partner with sales directors to conduct training/coaching for sales team(s) on the use of data and analytics for customer targeting, customer acquisition, and commercial decision making
Your qualifications and attributes
- At least 10 years of relevant commercial experience, including sales, sales operations or sales enablement in the pharma/biotech field
- Experience in design, planning and implementation of sales operations initiatives
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, used to dealing with numbers and deriving insights from data
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders
- Sales planning & forecasting and project management experience
- Solid interpersonal skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
- In-depth, hands-on experience in using and administering a CRM tool
- Business planning and budgeting experience, partnering with finance/controlling functions
- Experience with pricing process management and strategic pricing a plus
