THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager B2B Product-based to drive our fast-growing TV Platform business. Work cross-functionally with the other members of the marketing team, sales, product, project and customer success management in a growing 30+ people setup. Conceptualize, plan and roll-out marketing initiatives, campaigns and assets that effectively market Zattoo s leading end-to-end white label TV services product offering across Europe. Build product-centric strategies geared to both existing accounts and new target customers across Europe to create demand, nurture interest, educate on uses, features and activate sales around this. Your strategy, plan and call - empowered, coached, grown and developed by our experienced Head of B2B Marketing inside a team of marketing managers and a working student. Our goal for 2023 and mid-term is to grow mental availability and understanding of our white-label B2B TV-as-a-Service product offering towards expanding a solid sales pipeline and market share into Europe beyond our present customer footprint of 30+ large and medium-sized IPTV operators in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Monaco, Ireland, the Netherlands and Madagascar.

THE TEAM

Today, Zattoo s B2B unit TV Platforms offers fully hosted and managed white label IPTV & OTT services to more than 30 customers including large operators like 1&1 Telekom in Germany and Salt in Switzerland. What started as a small B2B team in 2012 and inside a company streaming television already since 2005, has established itself as a successful business division alongside the company's Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Advertising Services businesses. The Zattoo B2B Team is a diverse mix of experts from over 40 countries that combines years of experience with a high degree of environmental responsibility (we operate our TV services CO2-neutral) and professionalism. We thrive in team-spirit and a hands-on mentality, much as a professional, market-oriented work ethic, and believe that winning new customers from projects that create high satisfaction, always needs a motivated and empowered team.

WHAT YOU LL DO

  • Build a deep understanding of our offering, products, customer journey and touchpoints, including strategic and user-centric product value, where necessary in technical detail
  • Develop a deep knowledge of how our sales, business development, customer success and project teams work, their objectives, and Zattoo s overall as well as B2B strategy
  • Lead the design and development of communication and marketing assets on product usage, requirements and business cases through closely working with product management, sales, sales engineering and other internal stakeholders, analyzing relevant data sources and conducting or coordinating the product marketing / communication-focused customer research
  • Sparr with Product on our product vision, roadmaps and regular use cases from a marketing vantage point, which may include the occasional immersing in product epics and corner cases, always considering technical complexity and user experience but ultimately also the way in which a solution can be effectively communicated towards building strategic and operational product case as well as product feature understanding across the sales funnel in both short- and long-term
  • Measure impact of product communication by implementing and tracking key metrics
  • Cut through competing priorities, finding the right balance between short-term fixes and strategic activity among the creation of marketing assets, product communication and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Head of B2B Marketing on optimal link-up with and streamlining of our corporate, brand and marketing strategy, wider demand generation, regional event presence and community-building

WHAT YOU LL BRING

  • From 5 years of full-time experience creating B2B marketing assets, running marketing activities and product campaigns hands-on, including their measurement, the end-to-end management of needed expert relationships, collaborations and resources
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other marketing team members as well as product management, sales or customer success units to drive growth through product-focused marketing initiatives
  • Proactive stance as a self-starter, willing to learn, execute and improvise plus comfortable within an international event environment, helping us expand our footprint
  • Excellent topic management skills in B2B marketing with strength in conceptualizing, planning and pragmatic execution, supported by external agencies and partners
  • Solid English and ideally German verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other marketing team members as well as product management, sales or customer success units to drive growth through product-focused marketing initiatives
  • Comfortability with the expectation to produce results instead of merely following process in the challenging environment of the IPTV and OTT media industry
