Requirements

Successful candidates must be experienced and qualified to work supporting NDIS Participants achieve their goals and be able to demonstrate a caring and respectful attitude to NDIS Participants and their families in providing in-home disability support and care. To be successful applicants must have a high proficiency of spoken and written English along with high attention to detail.

Registration through NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory for all employees of NDIS Registered Providers before commencing work.

Variety of shifts available, morning, daytime, evening & weekends and the company is urgently seeking experience workers to fill the following shifts:

Glen Waverly- morning and evening 2 hour shifts available every day- standard level personal care

Rowville- evenings 3 hour shifts available every day - high intensity level supports

Laverton- morning 3 hour shifts Monday only - social & community standard support with shopping and home management care

St Albans- daytime 5 hour shifts Monday & Friday - social & community standard support with shopping, home management care and assistance with hair washing (no toileting support required)

Broadmeadows- early evening after school Monday & Friday (occasional weekends) - social & community standard support, assisting with developing interpersonal skills for young adult

Croydon- daytime 4 hour shifts twice a week - social & community standard support with assistance in home management

Healesville- various shifts - standard support personal care

Benefits

Minimum Hourly Pay Rates (excl. Super)

* Monday to Friday $31.90 per hour (weekdays) / $35.09 per hour (evenings)

* Saturday $44.66 per hour

* Sunday $57.42 per hour
