- Executes/supervises and administers CI projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, authority requirements, zoning, applicable codes, design and construction specifications.
- Reviews engineering details as required to execute works, including Contractor's inspections, surveys and testing requests.
- Ensures that the Design Engineers design intent is delivered by the Contractor- responsible for dealing with any on-site design issues.
- Addresses modifications requested by the Client in co-ordination with the Design Engineer.
- Assists the ARE/RE in reviews and selection of materials and equipment that comply with approved material submittals.
