Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customizations in ServiceNow
• Write GlideAPI code and JavaScript to accomplish the
• Work with QA and end users to ensure new functionality passes testing, and defects are resolved in a timely manner
• Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools using SOAP and REST web services

• Contribute with technical inputs in adhering to ServiceNow business

Qualifications

Key Skills:

5+ years of experience on ServiceNow

• Experience in development and customization of ServiceNow modules like:
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB
• Optional - Customer Service Management, Field Service Management
• Experience in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, GlideAPI, Service Portal UI coding,
• Good in client-side scripting, server-side scripting, ServiceNow UI branding and
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and
• Possess any of the following ServiceNow certifications:
• CSA - Certified System Administrator
• CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist
• CAD - Certified Application Developer
• Excellent Communication skills and must be enthusiastic and must have positive
• Must have directly (1-on-1) interacted with US
• Excellent Documentation and presentation
• Excellent problem-solving
• Ability to work under

Optional Skills:

• Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON).
• Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system
• Participate or manage a new SNOW implementation and/or SNOW
