Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the monthly production plan according to the available capacity. Day to day follow up with production to ensure no deviation from the communicated Delivery dates.
• Weekly Monitoring for the OTD and update customer for any deviation in delivery dates. Daily coordination with material planning and purchasing regarding material availability.
• Lead the weekly operation meeting with the Project management team and production. Identify capacity constraints and recommend both short
• and long-term solution and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks.
• Identify key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implement initiatives to improve plan adherence. Plan analysis report and leading the KPI to match the target.
