Job Description

Title: Project Planner And Scheduler
Location: New york
Duration: 12 months
Note: This time client required to work onsite.

Job Description:
  • Prepare the overall project plan and project schedule to
  • establish milestone compliance measures and ensure
  • project completion on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain a master schedule for all Project
  • Management regions.
  • Interface with other departments for the planning and
  • scheduling of work. These interfaces include but are not
  • limited to Environmental Health and Safety,
  • Procurement, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Site
  • Craft, Contractors.
  • Integrate contractor s construction schedules and site
  • craft labor schedules into the overall project schedules.
  • Update schedules as often as weekly depending on the
  • project.
  • Include resource and budget allocations in the schedules
  • to allow for tracking and reporting of resource availability
  • and cash flow.
  • Create and issue milestone, resource, cash flow and
  • EVM reports.
  • Produce a business case (including full lifecycle financial
  • analyses) that articulates the expected commercial
  • benefit of all Class A asset projects and other asset
  • projects as appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to view tasks logically, break them
  • down into essential requirements, and generate a
  • solution to meet the project goals.
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and Construction
  • Standard Practices.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products and at a
  • minimum, be able to create pivot tables to manipulate
  • raw data from various other sources such as SAP and
  • Maximo.
  • Ability to create and maintain schedules in MS Project to
  • track milestones and resources.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Maximo, P6.
