WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum (Required):Years Skills/Experience4 Creating and managing visual content for communications using Microsoft Online (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams4 Knowledge of geospatial (GIS) concepts, data, and platforms/software (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online4 User requirements gathering and prioritization for new applications or datasets2 Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project concepts 2 Facilitation of large meetings, webcasts, training sessions, or workshops. 4 Ability to capture, prioritize, and visualize information in support of user needs, workflows, and application requests4 Microsoft platform SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio Preferred (Optional): Years Skills/Experience2 Intermediate knowledge of geospatial concepts, data, & tools (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, GIS Web Mapping); IT and software business analysis/communications can substitute for direct GIS experience1 Cost Benefit and Return on Investment (ROI) Analyses 2 Business analytics and data visualization skills using ArcGIS and/or Tableau2 Workflow diagramming using Visio, google. io, etc.
