Work location: 14107-57A Ave, Surrey, BC, V3X 2W4 (Candidates would be working around various locations across lower mainland)

Education: high school
Work experience: 3 to 5 years of experience is required.

Job Requirements:
Supervising, co-ordinating and scheduling the activities of construction workers and the trades persons.
Recruiting new workers as per the work load and arranging the training for new construction workers.
Ensuring adherence to company policy and the safety measures.
Preparing the estimates of material. Supplies and labour cost.
Determining the best solution to the problems and advising measures to improve productivity.
Preparing production and other work reports.
Ordering required material, equipment and supplies to ensure the work going smoothly.
Establishing methods to meet work schedules.

Work site environment: Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold temperature.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, standing for extending periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
