Trading industrial products since 1999, CACs parent company founded CAC Naturals in 2015 to build an export business for Canadas most prestigious health supplement brand, Webber Naturals. As their exclusive distributor and strategic partner in China, we manage sales through a broad array of online and offline channels, including cross-border e-commerce platforms, direct sales, and a growing network of experiential stores (product showrooms).
We have developed payment systems, logistics and other know-how to receive, aggregate, ship, customs-clear and deliver orders with near-Realtime direct payments back to Canada. Our export logistics are at the cutting edge of Canadian exporters and enable us to offer an unparalleled offering to canadian manufacturers
About the job:
We are hiring a motivated and passionate software engineer to join our growing team. The Software Engineer will work closely with other team members to develop software plans and design the software for CACs operating system, such as, logistic, warehouse, web and mobile applications to ensure its functionally meet our company needs.
Job Duties:
Participate meetings to discuss the requirements of software projects
Develop data, process and network models to optimize architecture and to evaluate the performance and reliability of designs
Learn from users feedbacks to design software programs, websites, mobile APPs and applications to enhance users experience
Plan, design and co-ordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of CACs operating systems
Participate in the architecture, design and implementation of complex software
Conduct software reviews to ensure functionality meets future users requirements
Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test our software systems
Assess, test, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures for our systems
Perform other duties as required
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in software engineering
Familiar with programing languages, like Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and etc
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Independent, self-starter, attention to details
