The Role
We are looking to recruit aWills and Probate Solicitorto join our growing team. This role is a full-time position and consideration will be given to individuals who have at least 2 year s experience. You will report to the Head of the Department and will be offered a flexible location to work from, this being either our Stockton or Middlesbrough office.
Key aspects of the role include:
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective legal advice ensuring that the advice given is accurate and comprehensive and that all advice provided is clearly recorded on file, whilst assisting and representing clients, always maintaining the highest of professional standards of client care and managing a caseload. The successful candidate will ensure that they respond to all client and third-party communications promptly and progress the matter to a conclusion within a reasonable time scale.
