Job Description

Hiring a Bottle Depot Manager

Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to customer service or Several years of related experience (2-3 years) of relevant progressive work experience at a bottle depot or recycling/sorting facility, or a similar period of experience in a retail or service industry is required.
- Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the recycling depot
- Plan budgets, authorize expenses for maintaining facilities such as kiosks and keep track of profits;
- Manage, assign duties for each recycling item including beverage containers, small appliances, end-of-life electronics and etc., and review the work performance of recycling staffs;
- Arrange credit policies throughout the whole recycling procedure;
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports to management;
- Hire and train new staff in job duties, policies, and safety procedures; and
- Resolve work related problems and complaints.

Working Condition:
- Full-time, Permanent Position
- 40 working hours per week, Wage: $30.29 per hour, 4% vacation pay
