About this opportunity

Baseband Infrastructure (BBI) provides the Ericsson Multi Core Architecture (EMCA) SDK to Ericsson Radio Access Baseband applications 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G. We Test Framework component in EMCA SDK consists of test benches on both simulators and real HWs across different Ericsson ASIC generations. We are responsible for software development phases from requirement gathering and studies to deployment and maintenance.

In BBI, We aim for highly empowered and self-organized teams. Work is performed in close partnership with our internal Ericsson customers. What you will do

Be responsible for the product in all aspects: quality, design, functionality, maintainability and characteristics and continuously keep the backlog prioritized.
Drive, maintain and communicate an updated roadmap with long- and short-term plans.
Collaborate and coordinate with the BBI program members, users and stakeholders on work plan, progress, issues and risks and mitigation.
Follow up of feature usage and feedback with customers.

You will bring

Profound developer or product leader experience in SW industry preferably embedded system or Linux programming.
A strong, collaborative and firm leadership style characterized by adventurous decisions and speedy execution.
The ability to drive decisions based on different, and often competing, points of view and a strong can-do attitude.
DevOps' knowledge and corresponding experience
A great understanding of Agile WoW.
Considerable experience or knowledge in Ericsson EMCA SW development would be a strong plus.
