Currently hiring 2 Truck-Trailer Mechanics Business location: 29115 Haverman Rd, Abbotsford, BC, V4X 2P4 Yard location: 31381 King Rd, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 5Z2 Wage: $27/hour for 8hrs/day and 40hrs/week. Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: As Soon as possible Requirements for this position &* Basic English skills. &* High school diploma is required. &* 2 to 3 years of experience is required. &* Completion of an apprenticeship program is an asset. Benefits &* Relocation cost is covered, if required. &* Medical and Dental insurance is provided by the employer Duties Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws and reassemble equipment. Use testing instruments, and read dials and gauges to diagnose malfunctions. Examine and adjust protective guards and loose bolts. Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating. Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings. Diagnose, adjust, repair and replace damaged and worn parts. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and repair as needed. How to apply:
