Position: Mandarin Technical Support Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Weekends Off Industry: Healthcare Company Salary: Php 80,000 to Php 100,000 Work Set-up: Work onsite Responsibilities: Handle phone, email and chats professionally and friendly matter Assist customers in their inquiries regarding medical devices Provide first-level support in troubleshooting customer concerns across the designated product range by analyzing customer problems and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution. Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of the records. Communication of concern investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations. Requirements: Open to Graduates and undergraduates of 2 years that is in line with Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Engineering. Can speak, read and write in Mandarin and English. Preferred someone who has a culture of Taiwan. Preferred experience in data migration Preferred someone who has experience in line with Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Engineering.
