KRUU is Europe's leading supplier of photobooths. Due to our high degree of automation, we are able to return and ship many hundreds of photobooths every day. This allows us to serve a four-digit number of customers per week during our peak season. As a supplement to our photobooths, we are working on a platform for planning weddings.

KRUU is Europa's grootste aanbieder van photobooths. Door onze hoge automatiseringsgraad kunnen wij dagelijks vele honderden photobooths verzenden. Hierdoor kunnen wij tijdens ons hoogseizoen een viercijferig aantal klanten per week bedienen. Als aanvulling op onze photobooths, werken we aan een huwelijksplannings-platform.

Tasks

• You are co-responsible for the design & implementation of various advertising materials (on- & offline) for European-wide marketing activities, in particular for Netherlands.
• You interact with the KRUU community in Netherlands on all relevant social media & review platforms
• You are responsible for a very high comment quality and a writing style & tone of voice that suits our brand
• You solve customer questions on social media and measure sentiment
• You make sure that customer feedback reaches the right departments & colleagues, develop solutions together and check their implementation
• You research new, suitable influencers & affiliate partners in Netherlands and thereby further expand our Ambassador Family
• You will quickly take responsibility and be an important part of our team right from day 1
• Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp & de uitvoering van diverse reclamematerialen (on- & offline) voor Europese marketingactiviteiten, met name voor Nederland/Belgi .
• Je zorgt voor interactie met de KRUU community (met name in Nederland/Belgi ) op alle relevante social media & review platforms.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zeer hoge tekstkwaliteit en een schrijfstijl & tone of voice die past bij ons merk.
• Je lost klantvragen/problemen op sociale media op en peilt het sentiment
• Je zorgt ervoor dat feedback van klanten bij de juiste afdelingen & collega's terechtkomt, ontwikkelt samen oplossingen en controleert de implementatie ervan
• Je vindt het gemakkelijk om met je camera mooie foto's & video's te maken van onze producten, het team of het kantoor en magazijn.
• Je onderzoekt nieuwe influencers & affiliate partners in Nederland/Belgi die bij ons passen en breidt zo onze Ambassador Family verder uit.
• Je neemt snel verantwoordelijkheid en bent vanaf dag 1 een belangrijk onderdeel van ons team.

Requirements

• You are studying business administration, marketing, communications or similar
• Your native language is Dutch
• You speak fluently English / German
• You are a communication talent and always strike the right note
• You have a passion for social media and know the influencer world well
• You have a good sense for current design & know the latest content trends on social media
• You are reliable, motivated and work independently
• You can support us 16-20 hours a week, ideally starting immediately
• You are a social media professional and communicate professionally and on eye level with our customers
• Je studeert bedrijfskunde, marketing, communicatie of iets dergelijks
• Je moedertaal is Nederlands
• Je spreekt vloeiend Duits / Engels
• Je bent een communicatietalent en slaat altijd de juiste toon aan.
• Je hebt een passie voor social media en kent de influencer wereld goed
• Je hebt een goed gevoel voor actueel design & kent de laatste content trends op social media
• Je hebt interesse in fotografie en videografie
• Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en werkt zelfstandig
• Je kunt ons 16-20 uur per week ondersteunen, idealiter met onmiddellijke ingang.
• Je bent een social media professional en communiceert professioneel en op ooghoogte met onze klanten.

We are open to all attendance models. Completely in the office near Heilbronn, partially or fully remote. It doesn't matter. It has to fit for all parties involved. Working from abroad is also possible.
