Lead Product Designers (UX/UI)

Tasks

• You have full ownership of your designs & project, from idea to implementation.
• You validate and craft ideas with the product team.
• You will constantly be learning new skills
• In your first month, you will be familiarized with our team and product. You have already resolved some product challenges. Your designs have already facilitated the dev team multiple times in the first month.
• In the following months, your knowledge of our product vision has drastically increased and you are offering your help in fundamental product decisions. You also feel confident enough to suggest improvements to the team's workflow when you see it doesn't work.
• At the end of your first year, you have successfully contributed to a wide range of projects, even spanning across multiple elements of our system. You have established yourself as a self-starter and clearly spoken member of our team.

Requirements

• You have professional experience on both ends (3+ years) - UX and UI Design.
• You have hands-on UX research experience
• You can comfortably propose product solutions to business problems and clearly communicate them to your colleagues.
• You are transparent, mindful and empathetic towards your teammates.
• You can easily express your ideas in written and spoken English
• German Language skills are a plus.
