We are looking for an experienced leader who partners up with our Co-Founder and CEO and takes Workpath to the next level. The foundation of your future teams has already been set up - this is now your chance to further scale our organization. Your responsibilities as Workpath s new VP Operations:

• Company leadership: Collaborate closely with our CEO as well as the whole leadership team to execute and develop the company strategy further
• Department leadership: Lead and develop a high performing organization consisting of Finance, IT Operations, Information Security, Legal and People & Culture
• Leading by example: Demonstrate an analytical leadership style and data-driven decision making, while being a strong advocate for employee and customer centricity
• Department strategy: Further build up our internal organization which enables the overall growth and expansion of Workpath from being the European to becoming the Global Outcome Management leader
• Collaboration: Liaise closely with the other department leaders to ensure an efficient, scalable process, tool and data landscape across the company
• External representation: Partner up with our CEO to represent Workpath towards our Board of Investors and other important stakeholders

What makes you successful as our new VP Operations:

• Proven track record as a VP- or C-Level executive for Operations, Finance, Strategy or similar in tech companies, ideally in scale-up phases between Series A stage and beyond
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and organizations, ideally with complex products and partnership involvement
• Hands-on experience in driving international expansion in new markets like UK/Ireland, Australia, US
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, motivating and mentoring teams and managers by being an inspirational, enthusiastic coach
• Self-starting, resourceful and pragmatic problem-solver with a strategic mindset and great passion for driving growth
• Strong communication skills in English, German (written and spoken) is a big plus
