The Climate Choice is the leading climate intelligence platform for streamlining, managing and reporting climate-related business data. We help companies and their suppliers to collaborate on decarbonization by gaining insights, discovering best practices and fulfilling climate disclosure requirements.

Internship duration: Voluntary internship 3 months, mandatory internship also longer.

Tasks

What you can expect

On May 11 and 12, it's that time of the year again and our Climate Transformation Summit is going into the fourth round. You will have the opportunity to be part of the planning and implementation of a unique conference with a climate focus in the B2B sector. Be there when Climate Leaders come together and share best practices to actively drive the decarbonization of the economy.

What you will be responsible for:

You will support us holistically in the planning, organization and execution of the Summit. In doing so, your tasks may include the following:

• Sourcing and contacting potential sponsors and exhibitors for the event and thus, growing your network in the climate community.
• Writing blog posts and other informational materials related to the Summit.
• Developing content and graphics for various social media outlets (focus on LinkedIn).
• Information point for key clients, sponsors and attendees during the planning phase.
• Providing technical support in setting up the online trade show tool and assisting with technical and general information support to attendees during the event.

Requirements

• You are an enthusiastic optimist and motivated to actively promote climate transformation.
• You have already gained some experience in planning and implementing events.
• You have excellent organizational skills and love to solve problems quickly.
• You enjoy working independently, always have a good overview and know what to do next.
• You have strong communication skills, are business fluent with partners and customers and "service" is always your first priority.
• In the best case you already have some experience with Canva, feel comfortable with marketing and have a basic technical understanding.
• German language skills are a plus but not a requirement.
