Performance Marketing Lead (all genders)

Your responsibilities

• You will ensure efficient acquisition of new customers as well as true customer loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value
• Full ownership of all our performance marketing channels (full funnel) for 6+ countries
• Strategic & profitability optimized distribution of marketing budgets across our performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, YT, Native, Pinterest, Tiktok )
• Build and develop a top tier in-house performance team
• Systematically testing and scaling new online marketing channels and funnels in terms of offers, hooks and audiences
• Manage and optimize the conception, creation and further development of advertising material in cooperation with our creative team
• Data driven analysis of funnel metrics, customer cohorts & CLV development along the customer journey
• Tracking, attribution, testing and advanced optimisation for acquisition and customer loyalty
• Scaling of marketing measures to further European countries

We believe, you'll be successful if...

• 5+ years of professional experience in a D2C e-commerce company
• Mix of hands on mentality and with well organized team management
• High psychological understanding of marketing, positioning, branding
• Experience in allocating performance marketing budgets in 7 figures monthly (Paid Social, SEA, Native).
• Experience in building and scaling additional marketing channels such as TV, radio/podcast, etc.
• Use and optimization of BI & marketing tools for tracking, attribution, CLV development and other common marketing metrics.
• Design, implementation, and analysis of multimedia marketing campaigns (paid social, influencer, TV, etc.).
• Building and developing marketing teams operating internationally.
