Business Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

As part of our business carve-out, we are in the process of detaching ourselves as an organization from the central Enterprise BI and setting up corresponding processes and structures ourselves. To support this effort, we are looking for a Business Engineer with a focus on Business Intelligence. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Definition and documentation of relevant business processes in coordination with the business partners.
• Advising business partners on process optimization and profitable use of data.
• Recording and evaluation of business requirements (requirements engineering).
• Conversion of the requirements into technically realizable concepts.
• Support of the project implementation as technical contact person for an interdisciplinary project team.

We Appreciate:

For this exciting job you have a degree in business informatics or a comparable education. The following points are also part of your personality or part of your professional life so far.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering - preferably in a software development environment.
• You have already had profound contact with classic and agile project frameworks or agile ways of thinking in the past and can convey and exemplify the corresponding mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex contexts in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
• You have a high technical affinity, a pronounced hands-on mentality and English is no problem for you in your daily work.
