Tasks
- Elaboration of architecture and requirements of electronic products for the industrial environment.
- Schematics of analog and digital circuits.
- PCB Design: placement, routing, manufacturing files generation.
- Electronics components procurement, components evaluation, library creation.
- Elaboration, execution and reporting of Test Cases, from PCB level until integration level.
- Coordination of the fabrication of prototypes and product lots with manufacturing companies (PCB and PCBA).
- Support of our firmware development working side by side with firmware engineers.
- Preparation and execution of certification campaigns with credited laboratories, including EMC/EMI, environmental and safety.
- RF link design for IOT products.
- Work closely to the Mechanical Engineering Team.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- You should have a Bachelor's degree, MS or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
- Power Supply design - linear and switched mode regulators, battery management system, filters and protections.
- RF communication, focused on the Internet of Things for the industrial .
- ARM Microcontrollers, memories and Digital Signal Processing.
- RF communication, focused on Internet of Things for the industrial environment.
- Basic Firmware Development.
- Altium Designer for schematics and PCB.
- Simulation of circuits using PSPICE, as LTSPICE.
- EMC/EMI based PCB design.
- Prototype and Product manufacturing cycle.
- You have good written and oral communication skills, teamwork spirit and you are open-minded to learn and teach.
Knowledge in the following areas would be a plus:
- CE certification.
- C Programming skills or another language for embedded systems.
- High-Speed Circuit Design.
- Battery System Design.
- Experience in product development, from specification until field deployment.
- Participation in EMC/EMI and environmental campaigns.
- Fluency in English (C1-C2 level).
- Good command of German (B2 level) would be a plus.
