Your role and goals

The Productsup Product Marketing team s mission is to make Productsup the top-recognized solution for product data management, and we re currently looking for a Team Lead Global Product Marketing to lead the 3-person team as it makes this mission a reality.

In this role, you lead our go-to-market strategy for our Product-to-Consumer (P2C) platform in EMEA and North America, including product messaging and positioning, sales enablement and competitive analysis, all while developing and mentoring your team - take the challenge and join us as Team Lead Global Product Marketing (m/f/d)!

__In your first 3 months you will:__

• Get to know your team, provide guidance, support, and training
• Develop messaging and positioning for our key products
• Work on pricing and packaging of our core platform
• Develop and optimize pitch decks promoting our solutions
• Work on market segmentation and positioning around key segments
• Research and develop buyer personas and buyer journey maps for core segments
• Run competitive analysis

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Create a solid foundation for our Product-to-Consumer (P2C) platform and it s category
• Get to know different use cases we support in order to hone in on differentiation and competitive advantages of the platform
• Work on sales enablement materials and training for the BDR and sales teams

What you bring to the team

• Experience managing team members in a remote-first global environment, ideally in a SaaS software company
• Background in ecommerce, product content syndication and feed management is preferred
• Experience positioning and marketing a diverse portfolio of products in a single platform
• Ability to work cross-functionally to launch new capabilities and enable sales team to successfully sell them in the market
• Fluency in English
