The first of its kind, EWOR combines an entrepreneurship academy with an early-stage VC firm to help entrepreneurial people build impactful tech companies.

Our leadership team has successfully built and sold fast-growing tech companies and so has our hand-picked network of unicorn founders and world-class mentors. With this strong presence and understanding of the start-up scene, we help our talents succeed through first-hand experience.

The EWOR internship will last three months. Since this is an unpaid opportunity, it is especially important to us that you benefit from your internship by acquiring new skills!

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Proofreading and copyediting articles as well as other texts related to entrepreneurship for our website and social media
• Learning and applying (SEO) skills to optimise articles and blog posts (a.k.a. how to make your content number one)
• Researching a wide range of exciting topics related to entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, and much more to enhance our education platform
• Optimising media readability for a positive reader experience and publishing articles on our blog
• Applying our style guide mechanics to articles and texts to make sure the text matches the tone and style of EWOR

Graphics Design Tasks (not required)

• If you have graphics skills and design abilities, you ll have the chance to work on the EWOR Newsletter, blog graphics, and other visual content
• Support in planning and execution of creative productions for use in our blog and educational platform.
• Collaboration with our design and content team on internal projects

Other Tasks Include:

• Collaborating with our Head of Education and Head of Content to produce educational materials for the EWOR Fellowship programmes
• Networking with a team of talented individuals to further enhance our content standards and strengthen our community with your ideas

Requirements

• You live in Germany (this is a MUST)
• Fluent English speaker and have gained experience in an English-speaking country
• Flawless in English grammar / spelling / punctuation
• Reliable, independent, and well-organised in remote work
• You are enrolled at a university and studying marketing/media/communication/linguistics/literature/languages or similar (optional)
• You are enthusiastic about communication in speech and writing
• You want to learn more about online marketing and SEO
• You like to work independently and can manage your working hours well, but you also feel comfortable working in a team

Other skills we are looking for but are not essential:

• A strong understanding of design principles (i.e. layouts, colour theory, visual hierarchies, and typography)
• Familiarity with WordPress and GoogleDocs
