Senior UI Designer – Design System / Platform (m/f/d)

The product design team is looking for a Senior UI Designer who will bring our Design System to the next level. Working with a diverse team of product designers, researchers and UX writers you will play a crucial role for the future growth of SoSafe s awareness platform. You will work closely with engineering, product and other designers to ensure consistent usability and scalable design for a platform that has human-centricity at its heart; together with our brand experts you will drive the design vision for our products.

Your mission

• Joining as the first dedicated designer you will have the mission to elevate our Design System to the next level use your experience to shape how we work together and how we set up our libraries and components
• Help to define contribution processes with our different stakeholders to make sure our users voices are heard
• You are always up to date with the latest Design System and UI trends, and you design and document our Figma components following best practices
• Together with the team you will shape the look & feel of our products

Your profile

• You are an ambitious UI designer (6y+ of experience) with a great sense for aesthetics, usability & accessibility
• Significant experience designing and shipping web-based SaaS experiences
• You enjoy collaborating with Frontend Developers and Product Designers to deliver your designers
• Experience in building and contributing to Design Systems using Figma and Design Tokens is essential
• Proven experience with current frontend technologies is a big bonus
• Both written and verbal communication in English will be of great quality. Any German would be a bonus
• You are ambitious, motivated and performance-oriented and like to tackle things head on
• Team player mentality and open minded
