Customer Support Lead - CORE (m/f 70%)

greenTEG offers high-tech thermal sensing solutions for an international customer base. Our unique products enable a wide range of new application options such as indirect temperature measurement, increased energy efficiency, higher instrumental precision, or reduction of operation costs. We develop, manufacture, and market heat flux sensing solutions at our headquarters in Zurich-R mlang.

CORE, a subsidiary of greenTEG, is the expert leader in thermophysiological effects for sports and wellness. CORE is currently used by many of the world s top endurance sports athletes in triathlon, cycling, trail, and distance running.

As we exercise, our core body temperature increases which can greatly affect performance output, but with CORE we can minimize these effects. CORE is creating a new sports sensor category that is quickly being adopted by athletes all over the world.

Tasks

• Build, define and optimize the running after-sales support team.
• Compile feedback that will help drive product improvements, website improvements, and marketing messaging.
• Directly communicating with customers to promptly resolve questions and issues.
• Manage and improve the support tools (including automated processes) to better answer customer inquiries.
• Grown and manage the after-sales support team as necessary.
• Contribute to organic growth by creating high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• You have native or equivalent proficiency in English. German proficiency is helpful.
• You should have excellent written and spoken English and background or knowledge in endurance sports. If you have experience as an athlete or coach, this position could be ideal as you will be communicating with many of the world s top athletes, and we encourage anyone to continue with their training.
• Willingness to take on various tasks in a small team and work together to execute projects successfully.
• You like to tackle technical challenges and have a structured way of working. You are a fast learner and enjoy working with other people on your team.
• We are looking for someone who will thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere within a mature start-up.
• You have swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland.
