(Senior) Web Developer (m/f/x)

Currently we are looking for a __(Senior) Web Developer (m/f/x)__ to support our Tech team in Berlin.

Your tasks:

• You continuously improve our highly frequented web shops and develop automations
• You think UX and UI with a mobile-first approach
• You optimize, maintain and administrate our web infrastructure
• You design testing strategies, implement testing automation and keep our CI/CD pipeline running smoothly
• You apply clean code principles and guidelines to ensure a high quality code
• You evaluate new technologies, libraries and plugins to support development and business

Our requirements:

• You successfully completed studies in informatics or a comparable course of studies

• You have at least 6 years of experience in Web Development

• Showing good skills in PHP7, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript

• Experience in working with APIs (REST, JSON)

• Working with database systems (MySQL, Amazon Aurora)

• Having a good understanding of scalable and high-performance software architectures (Caching, CDN)

• You are able to work team- and solution-oriented

• You have a good understanding of test automation methods

• Your work is shaped by quality, accuracy and scalability

• You speak fluent Business English
