Tasks
- Follow up on key factors with publishers such as ads.txt, fillrate, tech issues
- Check and manage technical issues using the company s platform
- Direct support for publishers
- Support with the integration of publishers
- Publisher daily report
- Check test page of integrations
- Joining calls of troubleshooting integrations
- Follow up on metrics alongside the Demand Ops team
- Create accounts & users
- Approve websites
- Download ads.txt
- Invite publishers on GAM MCM
- Input demand enabling
Requirements
- Proficient in Advanced Excel
- Organized and proactive
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Basic/Intermediate Spanish is a plus (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Mid-level knowledge of vast and vpaid integrations
- Mid-level knowledge of javascript integrations
- Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
