In order to realize this ambitious goal, we have partnered with hand-picked, high-quality medical providers around the world. On our website, patients can find and compare medical providers for their desired treatment, get in touch with us, and book it right away.

Located in Berlin, Germany, we are a team of 50 international, entrepreneurial, mission-driven and super friendly colleagues.

What you will be doing:

  • You are the face to our customers
  • Support our existing B2B customers (clinics) onsite and digitally, be the main point of contact for questions, ideas and problem solving
  • Analyze our customers to develop a deep understanding of their challenges and identify growth topics
  • Be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle and strategic development of customers
  • Ensure revenue, profitability, upselling, cross-selling, expansion and more.
  • Develop strategies to scale our customers together with our CCO and CEO
  • Internally, you act as the client's interface to all internal departments
  • Maintain your personal network, around the assigned target customers (e.g. partners, events, communities, etc.)

What your skills package should look like:

  • 5 years of professional experience in account management - ideally related to a SaaS product and / or industry knowledge from the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors (not a prerequisite).
  • You enjoy building sustainable and strategic customer relationships
  • You are skilled in the role of moderator, conflict solver, analyst, organizer and motivator
  • Your strong customer focus and consulting skills are complemented by assertiveness and decisiveness
  • English language skills fluent on level C1-C2, additional German language skills will be a plus, but not necessary
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • You support our customers nationwide from home office or on site
