About Raisin Bank
As part of the Raisin family, Raisin Bank combines the best of both worlds: the experience and security of a bank, with the flexibility and innovation of a start-up. Our team is just as diverse as our partners. If you are looking for a dynamic environment in which you can play to your strengths and develop further, then you have come to the right place!
Founded in 1973, our dynamic and innovative service bank has a full banking licence and brings the decades of experience of an established German credit institution to the table. In processing both loan portfolios and receivables of selected borrowers, it combines performance strength and competent advice with efficient solutions. Since 2019, the bank has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raisin and has been operating under the name Raisin Bank AG since August 2019.
Team
At the Munich location, our Payment Services team develops new business models in the area of digital payments and cash together with our FinTech and start-up partners.
We take care of the successful connection of new partners as well as the subsequent coordination and implementation of the requirements of our customers (B2B), internal specialist departments or from the regulatory authorities.
As a Product Manager Payment Service, you will work in a well-coordinated team of experts in the field of payment transactions. You will use your skills to analyse customer requirements and set priorities for your team. Together, you will implement Raisin Bank's banking-as-a-service strategy with full customer focus. At the same time, you will work with the team to plan the next evolutionary stage of our banking platform in the payments area and put this plan into action.
Your Responsibilities
- As part of the team, you make sure that our products fit our customers' needs and our corporate strategy.
- Together with partner management, you collect, scrutinise and prioritise customer requirements before transforming them into user stories and acceptance criteria for our developers and service providers. During implementation, you ensure the best possible communication and transparent planning.
- In close cooperation with the customers and internal stakeholders, you and your team operate our Banking-as-a-Service products and ensure a smooth customer experience. When problems arise, you stand by our customers and stakeholders to help them find solutions.
- Together with the bank's management, you design our roadmap and are responsible for your team's backlog.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar discipline.
- You have already worked for at least two years as a product manager in the banking, financial services or FinTech sector.
- You find technically demanding integrations via modern APIs just as exciting as existing payment traffic networks (SWIFT, EBICS, SEPA, T2,...).
- You can demonstrate successfully developed and introduced digital products with measurable customer benefits.
- For you, leadership as a product manager is not a contradiction in an agile, hierarchy-free, customer and value-added oriented environment.
- Experience/knowledge in the area of finance and/or risk of a bank is advantageous but not necessary.
- You have practical experience with agile development methods such as SCRUM.
- You have practical experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for team organisation.
- You speak German and English fluently.
