Internship Copywriting and Communications (m/f/d)

Our focus is to decarbonize the mobility sector and foster sustainably operating businesses in travel and logistics, serving Lufthansa Cargo, BizAway and many more key players in the market already.

YOUR MISSION

As part of the Brand & Communications team, you will participate in developing SQUAKE s brand awareness and positioning by creating strategic content for our key target audiences through our main owned media channels: our website, our blog, and our social media. You will be responsible for creating outgoing news articles, research, white paper, and social media posts to support our internal and external brand and communication projects.

Tasks

THE ROLE

• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Conduct high-quality research
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy s reach
• Source images and other content
• Collaborate with other teams for cross-functional projects

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Native English speaker
• Basic knowledge and curiosity for everything sustainability
• Previous experience as a copywriter
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Collaborative spirit
• Self-starter, with good time-management and organizational skills
• Education background in journalism, marketing, English or related fields

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Work experience in B2B communications, climate-tech ecosystem o or sustainability startup
• Basic knowledge in graphic design
• Knowledge of online content creation with understanding of SEO mechanisms
• Interest in communication outside of copywriting (events,
  podcasts...)
