Outbound telephone business development, to introduce and promotethe company's products and services. (Main KPI to meet and succeed in the role)
Undertake research on our industries and competitors to gain market intelligence both locally and internationally. Using this, you will build a database of potential new customers and contacts for your outbound calling.
Emailing our brochures to new clients. Targets will be set for New Business created with price lists
Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager to scope new capital projects for the process of water treatment. Under the guidance of the SM you will be guided through the process of designing water treatment solutions for a variety of uses to meet the customers’ needs.
Supporting the sales team by creating inbound quotations and proposals that make a compelling connection between a customer’s requirements andcompnay's capabilities.
Standard administrative tasks such as answering emails, entering sales orders, quotes, and purchase orders.
Key to success in this role is the ability to coordinate with customers, team members and suppliers in a professional manner to ensure the development ofcompnay's UVdisinfection business performance
2-3 years of experience in sales
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with disinfection/purification or related industry (not mandatory, nice to have)
Marketing experience
Administrative Skills
Microsoft Excelproficiency
