Job Description

The core of your role will be to help IOMED to achieve its sales objectives by prospecting and initiating qualified new accounts and servicing existing accounts increasing organic growth.

As KAM you will be responsible for all aspects of account management, including but not limited to; accounts receivable, training, problem solving, and assisting the account on all needs related to our business.

You will be working in a very dynamic environment, which means that you must have a strong problem-solving ability, organization skills, and be proactive. As KAM you will have the ultimate responsibility to drive success within your key accounts. The main focuses will be market development within a multidisciplinary environment including all our product portfolio.

In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a wide range of areas and adapts quickly to new situations. We are looking for someone who knows how to work as a team, as well as being able to teach and learn from others. Also, good communication skills and a straight service-, success- and sales-oriented mentality with a desire for continuous improvement.

Tasks

  • Develop an understanding of the unique market and implement plans for key accounts and partners to generate strategic relationships that will result in sales.
  • Deliver selling presentations promoting IOMEDs products including on site product demonstrations- to targeted pharmaceutical companies and other health related targets.
  • Develop relationships in all areas within the pharmaceutical business (Medical department, MA, MKT, BI, etc.) and surrounding referral areas that are key elements to the company s success.
  • Organize peer-to-peer educational meetings and training to educate-influence multidisciplinary health related professionals to use our products.
  • Positively influence clinicians, key opinion leaders/influencers and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to generate or increase product awareness, uptake and uses
  • Continuously educate oneself on latest information related to disease states and the ever-changing business environment.
  • Participation in national and international congresses and organization of loc educational events.
  • Support and assist, where appropriate, third-party business partners engaged in clinical trials or other of our product portfolio.
  • Develop strategic growth plans for your responsibility areas /yearly forecasts /market analysis together with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent degree (Pharmacology, Business Administration, other related).
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the sales field, ideally at pharmaceutical companies or CROs (Sales, Market Access, Marketing and Medical dep ).
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations or strategic selling with high value products.
  • Proven experience within clinical trials (sales, follow-up, outcomes, etc). Demonstrate consistent sales success over time.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Also, demonstrate initiative, creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Advanced level of English language is required (written and spoken). Other EU languages will be highly appreciated.
