Tasks

Marketing is a key function to continue and scale our very successful growth strategy, promoting the value of Decision Intelligence to more customers in the DACH region - and as the next step in other markets. We celebrate bold, fresh, and value-centric B2B marketing that B2C start-ups dream about. Our success will rely on your ability to deliver high-quality vertical and thought leadership content and activities to the right people at the right time on the right channels.

We are therefore searching for an innovative, one-of-a-kind, Visual Marketing Designer with a strong vision and experience on how to capture, edit and produce still and video content that will propel paretos forward. You will be the go-to person for any marketing and brand materials we produce for the organization, ranging from social and paid media creatives, webinars, building and fine-tuning external slide decks, recording video interviews to evolving our brand for the years to come.

Looking for a rare talent here: A visual designer, videographer, photographer and creative editor in one person. Ambitious you might say! We want to hear and see from you in which areas you are really good at and explore skills, projects and task you will grow into with your drive and passion for content, branding, design and marketing.

As a Visual Marketing Designer, some of the exciting tasks you will work on are:

• Create assets for social, paid media and our website, mostly in Figma
• Set up, execute, and edit video recordings for YouTube, webinars and other applications, helping us bring our product, team and culture to life
• Capture photos during special occasions, but also research and edit appropriate stock imagery to be used for the paretos brand
• Design sales and marketing material in InDesign for both digital and print
• Use your keen eye for design to help the team to create outstanding PowerPoint presentations, based on our template, which will be used to win over new customers, investors and talent
• Keep our brand playbook up-to-date and support the creation of a design system
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing Lead, Performance Marketing Manager and Senior (Product) Designer

Requirements

• Exceptional eye for design and confidence to work within a playbook while balancing how to simultaneously push boundaries
• 3-5+ years of rock-solid experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator), Photoshop, InDesign and professional video editing software like After Effects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you are comfortable speaking with, negotiating with, questioning and giving feedback to internal stakeholders
• Good time management and organizational skills - you can estimate your tasks, plan your work and communicate when you need more information or time
• You are equipped to take on high-priority, short-notice projects while continuing to complete long-term projects
• You are coachable and resilient - you take feedback as an opportunity to improve while remaining confident in yourself
• Tech-savvy, ideally you have worked in B2B, Marketing and/or Tech industry before
• Fluent in German and English (as we are an international company)
