We are now looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Manager, to join this exciting start-up business.

Tasks

As the Junior Marketing Manager, you ll be working closely with the CEO to ensure that the marketing activity is delivering the best possible ROI.

We have a number of effective marketing channels which you will support with - the aim of all marketing activity is to generate and convert customer demos.

Our primary focus is on content marketing across a range of platforms which currently includes Linkedin, Youtube, Email and our Website. As Junior Marketing Manager, It will be your responsibility to work alongside the CEO to establish an effective content calendar.

You ll quickly be supporting to create GDPR related materials through proof reading or repurposing content. As you become comfortable with both the tone of voice and subject matter you are likely to take on greater responsibility for content production.

You will also be responsible for updating the Wordpress website, SEO optimisation, managing our blogs, download packs and form responses.

As Junior Marketing Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the YouTube channel, ensure it is optimised for SEO and demo capture, as well as identifying topics and editing videos before publication.

At times you ll be required to attend various trade shows, ensuring they have the best possible collateral ready and represent the brand alongside the CEO.

Research and data analysis will be an important part of this role and making sure you are always on top of competitor analysis, hot topics and developments across the GDPR industry.

Requirements

Ideally, as a Junior Marketing Manager you are a marketeer who already has experience working in B2B.

In past roles you must have been responsible for content production in a range of formats and your portfolio should reflect this.

You must be comfortable copywriting and demonstrate the ability to work within tone of voice and brand guidelines.

Past experience managing social media accounts is crucial - you should understand the nuances and formats across a range of platforms.

You ll need to be data driven - we ll want to hear about the analysis you have performed in the past and how it helped you improve ROI.

Finally, it s really important that you are curious, coachable and eager to learn and build a career in marketing.
