To support our international, diverse team in our further growth, we are looking for reinforcement in all areas, including a Senior Marketing Manager who will drive the broker business from a PR and communications perspective.

Tasks

At Alteos we believe you will make an impact in this position by..

• Bringing your own initiatives and new ideas to the team, ensuring the success of products and topics, taking ownership and implementing new projects
• Developing Alteos corporate wording strategy and making sure this translates into all PR / communications channels
• Creating and supporting communications measures around new product launches within the broker business
• Conducting market research and develop new ideas and campaigns to promote sales
• Preparing and conducting briefings with agencies and service providers (where required), controlling all processes from conception to implementation
• Creating press releases, reports and newsletters, responding to media requests and continuously expanding Alteos' press/media network, thereby targeting various reader groups
• Analysing and assessing marketing initiatives and use of channels (including KPIs and ROI)
• Handling different stakeholders (Sales, Operations and our partners), and participating in meetings with broker pools
• Managing a planned budget and reporting to the functional lead

Requirements

We are eager to learn more about you if you..

• Have a proven track record of 5+ years in content creation / communication / PR with at least 1 year of writing content related to the broker or embedded business
• Are passionate and precise about communications and content-creation, are hands-on and flexible in your way of thinking & doing, and willing to learn how to create more awareness about Alteos within the broker community
• Have a well-structured way of writing, you are able to produce concise and sophisticated content using industry-specific language
• Have experience in developing a brand strategy and marketing/brand campaigns in addition to project management, including tracking KPIs.
• Are results-oriented, proactive and find that independent work is just as natural for you as a sense of responsibility
• Impress with a communicative, open and confident attitude (both externally and internally) and you enjoy being part of a team
• Have a strong proficiency in spoken and written German
• Have an agency background as well as being able to bring our own press network to the new role - this is a plus!
• Have experience with tools such as Figma/Design, Pitch, Contentful, JIRA, Confluence and Asana - this will be beneficial to the role.
