Due to dynamic environment we are looking for a professional to provide HR support for our developing businesses in Katowice area.

Key purpose of the role will be partnering with teams and leaders in implementation of HR processes, providing high quality HR support and leading HR agenda related to business projects and initiatives to achieve business growth and other goals. Aligning critical human resources principles with business objectives. Promoting the right company culture and driving the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups and employees. Building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent. Driving continuous improvement and leading change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

Tasks

Key responsibilities:

• Providing support to biz leaders to ensure legal compliance and meeting their business goals through people
• Ensuring strong collaboration with business leaders and other HR support function leaders
• Actively driving Honeywell organization culture
• Work with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver on compensation, organizational development, and workforce planning strategies to address the current and future needs of the business
• Coach managers on optimal workforce utilization, talent management and succession planning and performance differentiation
• Ensure implementation of HR strategies and procedures in alignment with business objectives / requirements. Regular follow up on action plan and goal status
• Train, coach and advise managers in HR processes and people management
• Active participation in organization development and transformation activities and other HR projects
• Active engagement in staffing, development and talent management, support recruitment and selection process
• Providing regular and ad-hoc reports
• Supporting new hires in their assimilation to the organization, ensuring their onboarding is successful

Requirements

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Must possess a University degree, fluent English is a must
• 5 years+ working experience in HR, preferably as HR business partner/HRG / HR specialist
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Excellent interpersonal, partnering and communication skills
• Strong influencer and someone people like working with, courage and ability to stand for values and principles and influence at different levels across the organization
• Strong business acumen and easiness to work with data
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly dynamic and agile environment
• Strong customer orientation
• Global mindset and ability to operate in a matrix environment
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
• Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly
