Your tasks

You always know what's hot on social media and you like to spot the potential of up-and-coming influencers before anyone else? You are referred to by your friends as the "Celebrity hunter" and would love to make our products a little more popular through the right advertising partners? If a charming personality and tough negotiation skills are the cherry on top of this picture, it looks like you might have found the job for you!

• Involvement in the day-to-day operations of influencer management
• Taking care of the planning and supervision of your own projects
• Spotting of potential new influencers and management of existing collaborations
• Building and maintenance of relationships with influencers
• Conducting negotiations and closing deals for collaborations
• Evaluation of results: you would coordinate, monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Your profile

• Degree in media management, marketing, communications, business administration or another business-related field career changers are also welcome!
• Ideally, you already have some relevant experience in marketing
• Very good command of German and English
• You either live in Berlin and the surrounding area or you are interested in a remote position
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) is no secret to you
• You know your way around the social media world, are results-oriented, and have strong communication skills
• You love challenges, like to take responsibility, and feel comfortable and inspired in a dynamic environment
• You are resilient and have a hands-on mentality
