IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 5+ Years in Paid Marketing
  • Cosmetics / Beauty / Lifestyle / Wellness brand experience (Highly desired)
  • Hands on with PPC, SMM, Google Analytics
  • Work with the CEO, will handle E-to-E Digital Marketing

ORGANISATION

A newly launched Cosmetic brand, which is a part of a reputed chain of beauty, Spa and Salon across Telangana and Hyderabad. An excellent opportunity in brand launch and to manage end-to-end Digital Marketing including strategy and execution

ROLE
  • Responsible for creating marketing Campaigns (Events, Digital, SMM, ATL, BTL activities, Promotional discounts), measuring Budgets Vs ROI, designing collateral assets for the campaign, Execution of campaigns and measure effectiveness and make necessary changes to campaigns depending on sales feedback.
  • Design customer journeys
    Identify new markets and avenues and plan on executing market strategies accordingly
  • Manage Key accounts on B2B, Multi-brand retailers, Dealers, and distributors
  • Analyse competition and plan market place strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders like finance and Sales for role effectiveness
  • Own and manage all data relating to the department and create dashboards as feedback for leadership team

LOCATION : Hyderabad



Requirements

  • 5 years Digital marketing experience with consumer brands
  • Prior experience in Cosmetics / Beauty / Wellness / Fashion brands would be highly desired
  • Worked on Paid Marketing campaigns - Google and Social Media
  • Adept at SEM, SMM, PPC, Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Exceptional Analytical skills with a keen sense of being data driven
  • Ability to take quick decisions and execute changes on the go
  • Skills in data mining, key ideas presentation and communication skills (written and oral) need to be exceptional
  • Be meticulous in managing data and preparing key dashboards for Leadership team
  • Good eye for design and detail and having a penchant for market research
  • Working knowledge of marketing software
  • Be a fast learner and optimize learning by implementing same
  • Understand customer segmentation and emerging trends vis- -vis competitive landscape and implement learnings on the job
