Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ Years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and loyalty.
  • Must have strong Agile experience - Skills in writing stories and ability to lead refinement calls with the development team.
  • Good to have knowledge of SAP Hybris.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with the project stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skill, business analysis , fit gap analysis.
  • Understanding Retail solution and providing that requirements to vendors.
  • Analysing the solution provided by vendors to see which works best for Retail.
  • Close collaboration with test teams to define end to end test cases and scenarios.
  • Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.
  • Perform UATs with Stakeholders and get Business sign off to deploy.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders (both internal & external), Retail business etc.
Good to have
  • Requirement analysis & design definition - MasteryBusiness adoption & value realisation.
  • Skill Requirement: Lifecycle management - Mastery.
