Job Description
- Preparing budget; including forecasting funds required for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies, and monitor budget variance.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g., sales revenues and liabilities).
- Monitor and report accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure proper inventory management.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, revenue projections and other reports as required.
- Provide accurate data to superiors with on-going forecasting of operating revenues and expenditures, and the resulting operational impact.
