Jr. Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
• Review all products PMs including leaflets, boxes, and aluminum foils for new products to comply with approved designs
• Determine color ranges for printed boxes for all ALJP products as per approved artwork
• Review ISO proof print orders as per technical agreement with authorized print shops
• Audit on print shops as per cGMP & in accordance of Al Jamjoom technical requirements
• Monitor and follow up packaging material quality, recording and reporting any deviation or non-conformities.
• Responsible for release of the raw and packaging materials on the system.
• Provide assistance and technical information for different departments regarding artwork unforeseen events
• Responsible for the review of all packaging materials’ printing before sending it tot the print shop
• Responsible for follow up the calibration of the PM instruments.
• Create and update the packaging materials specification & all related functions including issuing of PM SOPs
• Participate and ensure training and development of concerned personnel to ensure adoption of latest technologies of artwork aspect
• Implement and maintain GMP, GLP, EHS and ISO requirements relevant to the job.
