We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic telemarketer to generate bookings for our buyer's brokers contacting hot leads.
Please notice, that this is NOT a usual telemarketing job. You are in contact with hot leads, booking direct meetings into the calendar of the broker.
We are searching for a long-term relationship with our new star for the Telemarketing Department and offer an "Infindido"-contract. We offer a basic salary on a Spanish contract, as well as bonuses and commissions.
Duties and responsibilities
Contacting clients signed up on our platform
Use script to provide the correct information about our company and our service etc. and present a solution
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to have an online meeting with our buyer's brokers
Record the client’s personal information accurately in our system and follow processes
Go the “extra mile” to meet booking quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Qualifications and requirements
Currently living on Costa del Sol - close to our office in Bel-Air (Estepona)
Fluent in French, German, or Dutch.
Fluent in English
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
