Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic telemarketer to generate bookings for our buyer's brokers contacting hot leads. 

Please notice, that this is NOT a usual telemarketing job. You are in contact with hot leads, booking direct meetings into the calendar of the broker.

We are searching for a long-term relationship with our new star for the Telemarketing Department and offer an "Infindido"-contract. We offer a basic salary on a Spanish contract, as well as bonuses and commissions.
 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Contacting clients signed up on our platform 

  • Use script to provide the correct information about our company and our service etc. and present a solution

  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

  • Persuade the customer to have an online meeting with our buyer's brokers

  • Record the client’s personal information accurately in our system and follow processes

  • Go the “extra mile” to meet booking quota and facilitate future sales

  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
     

Qualifications and requirements

  • Currently living on Costa del Sol - close to our office in Bel-Air (Estepona)

  • Fluent in French, German, or Dutch.

  • Fluent in English 

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Persistent and results-oriented 

  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
