- Monitoring employee attendance to ensure that the team has the manpower needed to complete projects on time
- Reviewing project objectives, timelines, and budgets to ensure that they are realistic and achievable
- Reviewing employee work products to determine whether or not they meet quality standards
- Meeting with senior management to discuss business goals, challenges, and possible solutions
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures related to quality assurance
- Monitoring employees’ performance to identify areas for improvement or corrective action
- Training employees on new procedures or processes that impact their job responsibilities
- Conducting audits to ensure that all processes meet regulatory standards
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
