Our client is one of the largest suppliers of mixing and separation systems for a wide range of process industries. They offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment, and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company.

We are seeking two experienced Regional Territory Sales Managers to join our Sales Team.
  • The Eastern Regional Sales & Marketing Manager would be responsible for the following states: MD, CT, DE, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, and VT
  • The Mountain Regional Sales & Marketing Manager would be responsible for the following states: AZ, CO, ID, MO, NM, and UT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identifying and pursuing sales leads
  • Collaborating with colleagues and industry networking
  • Participating in trade shows.
  • Pre-qualifying sales leads and developing sales opportunities
  • Reviewing RFQs and clarifying customer requirements
  • Assisting with writing proposals
  • Preparing and presenting technical and sales presentations
  • Continually updating CRM and forecast lists.
  • Negotiating Contracts
  • Preparing order acceptance documents
  • Participating in turnover meetings
  • Maintaining client contact and managing expectations.
  • Candidate is envisioned to be home office based within the above-listed US states. Must be willing/able to travel approx. 50% of the time to visit customers, potential clients, tradeshows, and industry functions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Engineering (e.g. Chemical or Mechanical), Food Science or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Technical B2B Sales Processing in chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, and food ingredients industries
  • Must be willing/able to travel to visit customers, potential clients, tradeshows and industry functions require approximately 50%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • The ideal candidate would have proven experience in selling integrated custom-engineered process systems
  • Good interpersonal skills and working well in a team setting as well as independently as required.
  • Detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Some prior knowledge of one or more of the following process technologies would be beneficial:
    • Powder Mixing Systems
    • Drying systems
    • Liquid Processing systems
    • Separation systems
    • Powder Handling and Packaging systems
