We are looking for a Junior Designer who loves all things design and digital media. Ideally, you d be working alongside the creative and production teams to concept, design, and develop solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work internally and externally with team to realize all assets & deliverables in the branding process (including naming, logo, brand guidebook, brand assets, and pitch decks/presentations for this work).
Communicate internally and externally about design principles & discuss the decision-making process with stakeholders.
Design collateral items like business cards and brochures and ensure that files are ready for the printing process.
Design email campaigns.
Work with Partnerships on decks and presentations.

Essential Skills & Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong understanding of grid systems and responsive design, and an immaculate sense of typography and graphic design
- Keen awareness of news and trends within the digital and design industries
- Proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Youtube, Soundcloud and Spotify
