- Building good relations with the job market
- Preparing and guiding students in the career exploration process through offering a wide range of career planning services.
- Facilitating communication and helping create and strengthen long lasting relations with the alumni.
- Encouraging the engagement of alumni with the university and enabling their involvement with employers and organizations that offer potential employment opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relate field.
- 10+ years of proven experience as an Alumni Director, Career Center Director, Recruitment Director or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong people skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
